Health Advocates Network is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work at a Facility in Redding, CA. This is a registry position with our company.
Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
Work closely with clients, families, and team members to set goals.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
Must have up to date certification in the state of CA
