Shift Details:
Day (3x11.5 Hours) 8: 00 15: 00
Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments: Helping to assess behaviors and identify treatment goals.
Implementing treatment plans: Assisting in the development and application of behavior intervention plans.
Monitoring progress: Tracking client progress and making adjustments to programs as needed.
Training others: Training staff, caregivers, or family members on behavior management techniques.
Documenting data: Collecting and analyzing data to ensure effectiveness of interventions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year previous working experience as Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must have up to date certification in the state of IL
