Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to work at a facility in Portland, OR . These are registry positions with our company.
Standard schedule is 40hrs Monday-Friday. Length of shifts, day of week worked, days off, etc. Are negotiable and will be discussed during the interview.
Start date is ASAP, but credentialling, background, and onboarding can take 2+ months.
Duties:
Performing physical exams and patient observations.
Recording patients'medical histories and symptoms.
Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones.
Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests.
Monitoring and operating medical equipment.
Diagnosing health issues.
Administering medicine and other treatments.
Detecting changes in patients'health and modifying treatment plans, as needed.
Consulting with healthcare professionals and patient's families.
Educating patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury.
Provide and assist with all trimester abortions and miscarriage management.
Monitoring, Recovery, and Discharge of post abortion patients.
Requirements:
Spanish fluency
Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience
1yr of experience & DEA registration as a requirement for Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA)
