Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to work at a facility in Syracuse, NY. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour

Shift details:
  • M-F 9am-5pm

Specialized Duties:
  • Responsible for presurvey packets, FOILs, waivers tacking, facility roster database, mortality database input, track incident reports –mandatory reporting's.
  • Uses ASPEN and ACO for surveillance reports, ACO for complaint tracking, posting SODs and letters for surveillance activities, HCS for secure file transfer to DAL, EPOC.
  • Responsible for CMS uploads, QIES Casper presurvey reports, Life Safety Code reports, 2803d abuse cases to DLA, tracking of CAN training programs, emergency response –requesting of information from facilities.
  • Prepares letters (survey, complaints, PSR's), closes complaints.
  • Maintains up to date program information on boards, log books and in ACO/ACTS.

Without these positions, programs must answer line would not be answered - public and providers at stake;reports would not be issued - residents in danger, health and safety of residents;FOILs and Enforcements would not be processed;impact on surveys being conducted –no presurvey prep;and mandated incident reports, death reports, waiver requests, requests for information on CON projects and investigations could not be monitored
