Shift details:
37.5 hours week
Duties:
•Handle all secretarial duties for AAGs (i.E. Typing, copying, entry into NYMatters, review mail)
•Secretary for AAGIC's administrative duties
•Handle OMH files that come into the office
•Communicate w/ Courts and OMH facilities for hearings and appearances •Arrange for service of papers
•Answer phone calls when needed
•Cover for other administrative staff when they are unavailable
Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree
