Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Ward Clerkto work at a facility in Canon City , CO. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $25 / hour *W2
Shifts Available:
M-Fri or M-Thurs or Tues-Fri five 8's (with or without lunch) or four 10's
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Ward Clerk
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Must have up to date certification in the state of CO
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and relay messages
Admit, discharge, and transfer patient paperwork
Update patient records and charts
Schedule tests, procedures, and appointments
File medical documents
Assist nurses and doctors with clerical tasks
Order and track unit supplies
Greet patients and visitors
