Shift details: M-F, 7:30am - 4pm
General duties:
Would mainly be assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans) According to policy and Procedure.
Qualification:
Must be a Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
