Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Computer Support Specialist to work at a facility in Albany, NY. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $18 / hour *W2
Shift details:
M-F, 8:00-5:00
Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent, • One year of office experience, • Well organized, detail oriented, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to walk-through complicated technical ideas or tasks with individuals without an IT background, • Ability to work alone and as part of a team. • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Experience working in a fast-paced setting with the ability to multi-task and work in complex databases.
