Shift: Sat and Sun Swing shift (2 days only - 24 hours) Rate: Local Rate $53.00 - $57.14 / hour
Description: The position is located in Las Cruces, NM Responsibilities (not limited to):
Responsible to perform all therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care procedures ordered by the responsible physician;evaluates patients;
Maintains all required patient and department records;
Maintains and evaluates proper functioning of equipment when required;
Responsible for obtaining written physician orders pertaining to respiratory care;
Responsible for organizing and planning daily work assignments and notifying shift charge therapist of problems and missed procedures;
Maintains professional knowledge of current respiratory care practice and department policy and procedures;
Requirements:
4 years'experience in ICU, must be current experience.
Knowledgeable in ventilators (vents) winging (winging the patient form a ventilator).
Must have Trach experience (Tracheostomy) treatments.
Must have a current license in the state of NM.
