5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) no call, not on alone, no weekends for this assignment
6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) none
7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 360
9. Dress Code: business casual or scrubs, no facial jewelry, visible tattoos must be covered
10. Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. orient with staff therapists for 2 days, then assume a partial level of duties
