Job Description:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with consistent face-to-face customer service skills
Must be able to operate a computer/tablet
Able to speak professional and courteously to customers.
Manage customers in the queuing system
Grade vision test results
Enter passing vision test results into computer
Assist customers at DMV kiosks
Take customer photos for driver's licenses
The greeter position involves standing for their entire shift.
