Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse ER to work at a Facility in Bakersfield, CA. These are registry positions with our company.
At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse ER in an acute care setting
A valid and current RN license issued within the US
A valid and current CPR card
Experience n ER, Psychiatric, MS or Clinic
Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide immediate care to patients with urgent or emergency conditions
Assess and monitor patients upon arrival
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by doctors
Perform basic first aid and life-saving procedures (e.G., CPR)
Start IV lines and draw blood for testing
Assist doctors during emergency procedures
Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment
Keep accurate and updated patient records
Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Maintain readiness of emergency equipment and supplies
